INGREDIENTS

4 pieces of Eye Fillet steak
Butter
Fresh Crushed Garlic
Black Pepper
Worchestershire Sauce
150ml Thickened Cream
Fresh Parsley

1. Melt butter in a pan
2. Season the Eye Fillet steak with garlic and black pepper
3. Turn down the heat in the pan and add a generous splash of Worchestershire Sauce and simmer for 15 mins
4. Add chopped parsely and thickened cream, stir until combimed and heated through

This dish is beautiful served with whole baked potatoes and fresh green beans.
