Crumbed Cutlets (preparation time 10 mins, cooking time 10-15 mins)
6-8 lamb cutlets
packaged crumbed breadcrumbs
dried parsley (optional)
- Using 3 bowls, place the egg , plain flour and combined breadcrumbs and dried parsley in one bowl each.
- Then take one of the cutlets and roll it in the plain flour, then the egg and finally coat with the breadcrumb and parsley. Repeat this until all cutlets are crumbed.
- Place some oil in a non-stick frying pan, and gently fry to your liking.
Served with either roasted or steamed/mashed vegetables this is sure to be become a family favourite.
